
CMAA Upper Midwest Chapter President Rollie Carlson presented a check for $18,000 to the Club Foundation at the 83rd CMAA World Conference in San Diego on February 12, 2010. Shown with Carlson is Seth Gregg, Chief Operating Officer of The Club Foundation. Funds were raised during the Chapter’s Annual Golf Challenge that is held every September. The proceeds from the Annual Golf Challenge are donated to The Club Foundation and Bridging.
Bridging is a Twin City area non profit who’s mission is to provide the economically disadvantaged with a one-time gift of quality furniture and household items which helps to stabilize and improve their lives.
The Club Foundation is a non profit entity of the Club Manager’s Association of America that raises funds to continually develop new educational initiatives, support existing educational programs and offer current and new scholarships and grants to members of CMAA to support professional development in the club management profession.
