The seminar features the unique backgrounds of eco-friendly sustainability like no other in the wine and tequila industries.

Regenerative Agriculture (RA) describes farming and grazing practices that, among other benefits, reverse climate change by rebuilding

soil organic matter and restoring degraded soil biodiversity.

RA focuses on healthy soils in addition to carbon drawdown and improving the water cycle.

G4 Tequila is an additive-free, artisanal highland tequila crafted by master distiller Felipe Camarena at the El Pandillo Distillery (NOM

The Heritage & Process:

The Name: "G4" stands for four generations of Camarena family tequila mastery, dating back to 1937.
Water Source: Uniquely distilled using a 50/50 blend of naturally harvested rainwater and mountain spring water (with some expressions incorporating deep well or special sources).
Production: Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown on family ranches, slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for 22 hours, crushed via mechanical tahona or roller mill, and double-distilled in copper pot stills.
Sustainability: El Pandillo is widely recognized as one of Mexico's most innovative and eco-friendly distilleries, utilizing solar power and recycled agave fibers.
